Returns/exchanges can be made within 14 days of acceptance of the order.

A. How can I return the product?

1. You can download the return form HERE.

2. please fill it out completely and enclose it with your parcel.

3. send the parcel back prepaid to the following address:

What happens after the return?

Checking the parcel - after receiving the returned parcel, we will check that it matches the return form received.
Please remember that returns do not apply to personalised products (e.g. insoles made individually for the customer) and those with signs of wear. Details can be found in the online shop's terms and conditions.

Refunds - refunds will be made within 5 working days from the time we have checked the parcel received. In exceptional situations, this period can be extended to a maximum of 14 days.

The refund will be made in the same way you paid for the order.
When paying by:

PayPal => you will receive the amount via these payment systems

Credit card => you will receive the amount on the account specified in the return form.

B. How can you exchange the goods?

Please send the product back to us in the same way as for returns and order the desired item again.
